by admin on July 23, 2010

How the Ethiopians used the same mathematical approach to multiplications as computers do these days by using powers of two and divisions.

@TheAksum

the abysinnians took it from there??? what on earth are you talking about?? Rawlinson said the sumerians were Kusites and they came from ETHIOPIA! Rawlinson was the first researcher to detect the Sumerian language… and to decipher the cuneiform writing Rawlinson used Oromo & Amharic and South Semitic language.

A-SUMERIANS and A- BABYLONIAS are related to modern-day ETHIOPIANS / ABYSSINIANS.

go get some knowledge about ETHIOPIA dumb Eritrean faggot!

ethiopian want be, wher do you get your wishful fictional crap from.besides you didnt show as any evedence except you try to confuse& distort.the facts & the evidence shows it is ancint ethiopian invention, and we the real Ethiopians (not the fakeonce)proud of it.

If you are an Ethiopian, where does this self hate come from? From what I read you seem to hate your nationality.

TheAksum July 23, 2010 at 11:34 pm

abesha nägn yene geta ishi, but i know the ignorrance and false arrogance of my countrys people, you have just confirmed it with your post now. just stick to the truth, dont steal the glory from others. you are jelous to the truth and history of other countries, but you dont know even your own countrys history. first of all you have to be human, then you also can accept traditions and histories from others, but with your posts you show that you cant..

tilahungirma July 23, 2010 at 11:54 pm

You are simply jealous Eritrean.

TheAksum July 24, 2010 at 12:41 am

know your history my brother, its written everywhere, thousands of years ago. this is western nonsense.bbc, indee?!

tilahungirma July 24, 2010 at 12:42 am

Do you have evidence or just inventing nonesense.

mc2000ch July 24, 2010 at 12:45 am

This is how I learn to multiply

TheAksum July 24, 2010 at 1:35 am

this seems so amazing to us all todays, but it was the most simple mathematics to the ancients.the abysinnians preserved it until today, thanks to their geographical situation, but this is simple pre-dynastic maths created in sumeria and egypt first.the egyptians,on their own,but at the same time as sumeria, knew about this maths and the abysinnians took it from there.the same with the calender,it was not calculated by an abysinnian, its purely egyptian and came to ethiopia thru the orthodoxchurch.

Yonatan: all I said was, Let’s claim the power that we had. I do not think i imply any thing wrong.

yigermenalo and tbirat, you are funy guys. Is that your issue which makes you to worry. Let’s think about how that mind can be in a right postion today.

I wonder why we are not using “ZERO” in our numberic system. May be zero doesn’t exist.

tikurgisila July 24, 2010 at 4:32 am

I accept working together and that Eritrea is now separate from Ethiopia. But I doubt many agree with you there was a “eritro-ethiopian” period. But so be it.

Yigermenalo July 24, 2010 at 4:57 am

this must be during the eritro-ethiopian period (aksumite) civilization. Nothing was impossible during that time it seems. It is time to ask Why we are where we are and how to fix our problems. Let’s work for the rebirth of our civilization in Eritrea and Ethiopia.

tbisrat July 24, 2010 at 5:43 am

Actually, this system is related to the Ethiopian calander system of the Ethopian Orthodox Church – Bahire Hasab. Fractions are left aside in most of the calculation in a complex way, yet they produce accurate results.
Future research will reveal even more marulous systems in Ethiopia, upon which we, shamefully, turned blind eyes.
