Well that was pretty neat. Although it does makes the photos a lil more grainy.

I am used Photoshop CS3, but you can use any version of photoshop from CS2-CS4

High Dynamic Range.
This is a fake HDR effect. For the actual HDR effect you need photographs with 3 different exposures. However, the outcome is pretty close and gives a High Quality outcome, not only to photographs, but for video game screenshots also.
