arussellproduction January 18, 2012 at 5:53 am: Hey I have a brand new windows 7 Samsung laptop and I tried to play half life on it and it downloaded fine from steam but every time I try to play it it says “preparing to launch Half Life” on a pop up then that disappears and I get a really annoying error noise. I’m getting really pissed because I paid $10.00 for it and it doesn’t work I’ve tried re-installing it and I meet all the system requirements. Plus people say? any computer made after 1998 can run it IT MAKES NO SENSE
